The philosophy of the Green Ray from Milan extends to the Lombardy Region and beyond, making the great project MI-LU, a regional strategy with the aims to link to Milan and Lugano, through the towns along its axis, improving the landscape elements and reinforce their competitiveness.
The Green Ray MI-LU is an ideal opportunity to create 75 km of connecting between two ‘gates’, the territorial area of the Expo 2015 in Milan and the areas of transformation in Lugano: the new District Cornwall (NQC) and Pian Scairolo (PS ), new doors to the south and north of the town in Ticino.
